Dotrade and Bohai Logistics Strategic Partnership Agreement (2015.11.04)Dotrade and Bohai Logistics (www.bohailogis.com) located in Shenyang, China signed strategic partnership agreement on November 4, 2015 after attending Buyer Fair held in Shenyang. Bohai Company is involved in B2C and B2B trading and operates cross-border e-commerce trade warehouses in Northeast area of China. Bohai Logistics not only introduces Korean SME products to the antenna shops in the city, but also keeps the products in its warehouse so that Chinese businesses can easily purchase and receive the products.Under the agreement, Dotrade will help Bohai Logistics to source Korean products (cosmetics, baby products, food, etc.) in the market. In addition, it was decided to create a system to market test the products from dotrade platform in China.Moreover, if Korean SMEs would like to use warehouse in Northeast area of China, GK21 will serve as a connecting agent between local companies and Bohai Logistics. Bohai Logistics on the other hand will introduce Chinese companies and open its networks to Dotrade so that two sides will cooperate with each other to advance the Northeast region. Dotrade and Bohai Logistics agreed to maintain cooperative relationship in the long-term and pursue the same vision in China, Mongolia and Russia.
